As the CEO of Starfire Talent Development, Sheela heads this enterprise as one that prides itself on fulfilling human potential through leadership training and games. The Starfire Talent Development programs are world-class standard programs that are fully customisable for any organisation. All programs are designed on Need Based Analysis (NBA) to address the organisational objectives and specific skill needs. Sheela has spent the last decade of her life distilling the molten gold knowledge she acquired as regional leads in multinational organizations. She is a Master NLP Practitioner, a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Hypnotherapist and a Certified MBTI / DISC trainer.
Kavidha Natarajan
Gamification Specialist & Design Thinker
Kavidha has spent the last decade in the training and development industry, while simultaneously working on her startup she co-founded. Now, she heads education programmes for startups and companies, transforming them using Gamification and Design Thinking.
